Hi Shelly, My My, makes me hungry, soon I will be back to cooking and canning on my blog, this makes me so hungry for all that I have missed doing, during the past two years! I can hardly wait to have the pressure canner sitting by the stove once again ready for whatever needs to be canned. I have already made a list for winter time canning. I should be moving around Nov 1st and, ASAP upon getting in the apartment go to the orchard for 3 bushels of apples and make and can apple butter, applesauce, and sliced apples! I will be living again!
